Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very nice with bigger than average space, although I did have an issue with housekeeping not cleaning or replacing items even after leaving a card for compensation. The service could be more active, as most staff members seemed passive, but the bar staff and other helpful employees stood out positively. The location, while not great in terms of being a bit out of the way, was definitely worth it for the quality and value offered by the hotel. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a wide spread catering to food preferences but not as impressive as in previous stays. The facilities were adequate but nothing exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was truly above expectations with its clean and spacious rooms. The friendly service was very helpful, although a bit inexperienced at times. The location was great, offering a beautiful view and easy access to the metro station. The dining experience was amazing, especially with the wide selection of Western and Chinese options. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall excellent experience. A great value for the money overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very modern and spacious, but the reception area could use improvement. The service was good, although some staff members seemed less active than others. The location was convenient but a bit of a walk to some popular areas. The dining options were diverse but a bit pricey. The facilities were decent, although nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The room provided was the size of a toddler's room, but thankfully, I got a front-facing room with a very big and comfortable bed, which was excellent. The service wasn't nice at all, bringing the quality down to that of a 4-star or even 3-star hotel. However, some of the staff members were really helpful and met our expectations. The location was on the very edge of the French Concession/Jing'an, a bit out of the way but very worth it for the quality and value. Dining options were pretty good with a wide selection of food, which was really yummy.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were much nicer than I expected, especially with the amazing bath tub. The breakfast spread was excellent, they even had sushi and noodles. Everything was quite nice and spacious, providing a great value for the price.
